Cost: $500
Interview on-site to understand client's concerns and job demands
Review and modify client's workstation to identify and address risk factors to promote well-being
Office chair fitting session at local vendor (if required)
Research and source recommended equipment options off-site by ergonomist
Write comprehensive report detailing findings, modifications and recommendations by ergonomist off-site to be delivered to paying party
Follow-up at workstation to adjust any new recommended equipment upon arrival
